NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all major shipping companies are experiencing significant staffing shortages and delays. These delays are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages. We are so sorry for this inconvenience and we hope that the US shipping industry begins to improve efficiency. We urge you to add insurance to cover the full cost of your order so that should there be any unfortunate issues with shipping, Dreaming In Paper can begin the process of replacing your custom designed products as quickly as possible.
TURN AROUND TIMES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
As with many small businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected our turn around times in many ways. We always strive to provide seamless customer service and fast turn around times, however, depending on the nature of your order, availability of products or services, and more, there may be unavoidable delays to your order. We always recommend, order as early as you can.
Invitations and other printed materials are generally printed, packed and shipped within approximately 14 business days of proof approval, but some orders take up to 21 business days, or more. Custom services like specialty printing, printed envelopes or laser cut items will extend your order processing time. Some paper stocks and accessories ship from third party suppliers and may require additional production time. To ensure that these estimations for order processing and shipping are met, products from third party suppliers are ordered as soon as an order is received and cannot be cancelled nor colors, styles, print techniques, or quantities changed. Dreaming In Paper does not wait until proofs are approved to secure products for your order. This would extend your order turn around time, in some cases, 2-3 months or more. Should you want to make changes to your order after it is placed, substantial fees may apply. Minimum quantity orders apply for re-orders.
Check your individual item for an estimated ship window. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST, excluding holidays). Ship times are approximate.

Seating Charts, Welcome Signs and other printed signage - *Usually ships within 10 - 14 business days of approval, depending on the substrate chosen. Order and approve early. Shipping time varies based on chosen shipping method. Acrylic has a 4+ week processing time.

Make sure to email all of your wording and personalization requests in a timely manner to keep your order processing. The ship date is estimated and actual delivery may vary based on several factors, including personalization, proofing, customer service inquiries, order processing and shipping time estimates. Shipping outside the USA is not currently available.
Your full order will include $50.00 of insurance per package. If you’d like to add extra insurance or other shipping services like signature receipt, etc., be sure to request before your order ships. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND SIGNATURE RECEIPT FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $500.00. Dreaming In Paper will send an invoice for the additional insurance/services. Additional services are not included in "FREE SHIPPING."

Dreaming In Paper is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to shipping company negligence; be sure to add shipping insurance to cover the costs of your order.
ALERT: The United States Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing extreme delays, up to 2 weeks from shipment date or more. These delays are outside of our control. We urge our customers to choose alternative shipping methods at checkout. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGES
You'll receive an email confirmation and tracking number for USPS once your order ships. If you do not receive this within the estimated time for shipment, email info@dreaminginpaper.com to inquire. Once you receive your tracking information, we recommend that you follow the tracking to make sure that you intercept your package. USPS offers services like email or text updates. Make sure to sign up for these services if you would like more detailed tracking information for your order.
UNDER MINIMUMS
Any orders placed under the posted quantity minimum are subject to refusal and will be refunded. Dreaming In Paper may approve under minimum orders on a case by case basis, depending on current work flow and available product. Under minimum orders will always require postage fees and do not qualify for free shipping.
