SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Invitations and other printed materials are generally printed, packed and shipped within approximately 7 business days of proof approval, but some orders take up to 10-14 business days, or more. Special services like printed envelopes will extend your order processing time. Please allow 2-3 additional days for delivery. Some accessories ship from third party suppliers and may require additional production time. To ensure that these estimations for order processing and shipping are met, products from third party suppliers are ordered as soon as an order is received.

 

Check your individual item for an estimated ship window. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST, excluding holidays). 

  • Social event invitations and other cards - Ships within 5-7 business days of proof approval

  • Wedding invitations - Ships within 7-10 business days of proof approval

  • Euroflap Outer Envelopes (unprinted) + Die Cut Liners - Ships within 7-10 business days of order

  • Special Print Process Items (white ink, offset, or thermography) - Ships within 10-14 business days of proof approval

  • Envelope Printing - Ships within 7-10 business days of proof approval

  • Special Order Papers - Ships within 10-14 business days of approval

  • Laser Cut Items - Ships within 4 weeks of approval

  • Assembled Items - Determined at time of order placement

  • Sample Packs - Shipped with First Class Mail via USPS - 5 to 7 business day ship time

Make sure to email all of your wording and personalization requests in a timely manner to keep your order processing. The ship date is estimated and actual delivery may vary based on several factors, including personalization, proofing, customer service inquiries, order processing and USPS shipping. Shipping outside the USA is not currently available.

 

Your full order will include $50.00 of insurance per package. If you’d like to add insurance or other shipping services like signature receipt, etc., be sure to request before your order ships. WE REQUIRE SIGNATURE RECEIPT FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $400.00. Dreaming In Paper will send an invoice for the additional insurance/services. Additional services are not included in "FREE SHIPPING."

Dreaming In Paper is not responsible for lost or damaged packages; be sure to add shipping insurance to cover the costs of your order.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGES

You'll receive an email confirmation and tracking number for USPS once your order ships. If you do not receive this within the estimated time for shipment, email info@dreaminginpaper.com to inquire. Once you receive your tracking information, we recommend that you follow the tracking to make sure that you intercept your package. USPS offers services like email or text updates. Make sure to sign up for these services if you would like more detailed tracking information for your order.

UNDER MINIMUMS

Any orders placed under the posted quantity minimum are subject to refusal and will be refunded. Dreaming In Paper may approve under minimum orders on a case by case basis, depending on current work flow and available product. Under minimum orders will always require postage fees and do not qualify for free shipping.
